On 24th February 2010  the Academy of Banking and Finance celebrates 5 years of doing successful business.
During the past 5 years we have delivered over 500 seminar days attended by over 5500 satisfied participants from over 50 companies from Serbia and the region. We would like to thank our founder, the National Bank of Serbia, our partners, customers and competent trainers who have all contributed to the remarkable results of Academy of Banking and Finance by providing their support, knowledge and experience.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of  Banja Luka Region and the Fund Academy of Banking and Finance will soon commence cooperation in the field of education intended for the financial sector in the areas of banking, insurance and finance.

On 17th February 2010 the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of  Banja Luka Region and the Academy of Banking and Finance signed the Cooperation Agreement on in Banja Luka. On the occasion of signing the Agreement,  Mr Desmond Bodley, the trainer of the Academy in the field of control of credit, corporate and international banking, also held a lecture on "Ethics in the banking and the value of human capital in the age of electronic communication".

Dear all,

During the previous year over 50 banks, investment, and pension funds, insurance and leasing companies, as well as other companies from Serbia and the region, have entrusted the Academy of Banking and Finance with training their employees in our seminars.

The greatest event of the year was certainly the ABF Cup which gathered ten banks from Serbia and Macedonia. The winning team of ABF Cup 2009 comes from Ohridska Bank, which demonstrated great result-orientation and dedication during the simulation.

Supporting our seminar participants in overcoming professional challenges they face, through relevant and high-quality training remains our primary goal for 2010, as well. We are pleased to present you with our programme of open-enrolment seminars for January – June 2010.

In the year to come, we would specially like to highlight the seminars we are going to realize in cooperation with the experts from the National Bank of Serbia that aroused great interest during 2009. We also continue our successful partnering with Sparkassenstiftung für internationale Kooperation by offering the seminars specially designed to address specific expressed needs of our clients.

In addition, we have also increased the number of seminars intended for insurance companies, pension and investment funds, and have besides developed a completely new concept of our Certified Branch Manager series.
